According to technical indicators, the dollar is on the verge of its collapse. The upcoming announcement of the debt ceiling will either bring us to higher debt levels or leave us no better than the PIGS countries.

The U.S. Dollar technical indicators are pointing towards collapse. We have know for some time this event was possibly coming due to the horrid fundamentals but the market had decent technical support. The upcoming debt ceiling announcement is bearish on both counts if it passes we will have lifted a debt ceiling that is already unmanageable, if we don't lift it we become no better than the PIGS countries. It's a catch 22.
